Report on the Recommended Geographical Constituency Boundaries

For the 2025 Legislative Council General Election, the Electoral Affairs Commission has submitted the Report on its recommendations on the delineation of the 10 geographical constituency (“GC”) boundaries to the Chief Executive. The Government has tabled the Report at the Legislative Council as required by law.
The Report is published in two volumes:
Volume 1, The Report, mainly describes how the proposed delineation of the boundaries of GCs was worked out; sets out the recommendations on the boundaries and names of the GCs; explains the reasons for making those recommendations; contains copies of all written representations and a summary of oral representations; and responses to the relevant representations.
Volume 2 contains the descriptions of the recommended GC boundaries and maps showing the boundaries and names of the recommended GCs.
The Report is also available for public viewing during ordinary business hours at the Registration and Electoral Office.
