A validly nominated candidate may send one letter to each voter / authorized representative of his/her Subsector free of postage. A candidate may send joint election mail with other candidate(s) of the same Subsector to voters / authorized representatives of that Subsector. However, the number of candidates sending joint election mail cannot exceed the number of vacancies in that Subsector and therefore such joint election mail arrangement is not applicable to the Subsector in which there is only one vacancy.
